Wood-fired rice
The house speciality. Rabbit and snails, a banda, vegetable or creamy lobster rice, all cooked over a wood fire as always. And, to order, arroz con costra.
Our wood-fired riceSince1990
Since 1990 we have cooked over a real wood fire. Rice over the flames, meat over the embers, and every paella pan cooked the way Paco Gil taught us.

Our wood-fired rice
Wagyu, Galician blond beef, Black Angus or Iberian pork, cooked over the embers with that traditional flavour.
Our chargrilled meat

The restaurant is named after Francisco Gil, Paco: a cook and a friend of the house. He taught us to cook rice over a wood fire, and his way of doing it lives on in every paella pan that leaves the kitchen.
